Voice Enhancer had one anti-noise filter and other voices had another. It looks like we just replicated in the general settings the one for the other voices (which you can't see because they were AI voices). That's why you can't see the current one.

They reworked the volume slider and set all of them to 100 and the sliders aboslute volume is different not only breaking some community voices but making the old volumes different.

Sorry about that! We're looking into it.
For now, it's best to reset any voices with 0% volume.

You can set a noise reduction in the quick setting + in advanced settings there's now a noise gate which is very welcomed!

You can also if you need the voices to be louder for any reason (100% voice volume + 50% voice changer volume is ideal settings) Just bump the voice changer volume higher and lower on the voices if needed.

Im gonna use VR chat as a example, under the assumption you have your headset connected to your pc. Just make sure you have the voice you want on, then in game, make sure the mic chosen is the voicemod option. You will also have to make sure that the input on voice is whatever mic you are choosing to use, cause i know headsets have their own mics. Also, make sure not to use in game noise suppression
