Try to make sure your mic levels are more towards the yellow on the levels bar.

That will improve the voicechanger quality, too low of a mic volume = worse accuracy

Also other programs noise reduction can stop the voicechanger from sounding good, so test with those off. DIscord for example sometimes cuts my voice out when I use Krisp + a funky voice changer.

I know TFAR is just a mod to add radio like communication and proximity chat to Arma 3 and teamspeak
