Voicemod on mobile/tablet is limited. It does not have all same features that PC version have. Currently it is not possible use it as Real-Time Voice Changer.

You cannot use mobile version in other applications due to restrictions of mobile platforms. (Cannot use Voice changer and soundboard functions)
We are actively working to find a solution.

there is no specific version of windows i personally did this on win11 but i think win10 should work too regarding your issue from what i understood is that the driver doesnt work if thats the case make sure your not opening the desktop through the winboat app but rather run the winboat_audio.sh script it will automatically open the windows desktop window and if it still doesnt work try completely restarting voicemod once you have executed the script and if that also doesnt work then i dont know myself or i misunderstood the issue😅

and also tbh this script is very bad and bare bones and also a pretty impractical workaround and probably has a lot of issues

Right-click your physical microphone and select Properties.

You should be able to set voicemod as the default in windows.

But! Dw you can set virtual desktop as the mic inside voicemod, then in the game change the mic to use voicemod

To get started, click onto 'Voicelabs' and select one of the three options:

• Random Voice
• Prompt from AI
• Or Start from Scratch
  Starting from scratch will allow you to manual tweak any setting you want, but not really recommended for beginners.
  Random Voice will select a random voice that you can then tweak, similar to scratch.
  Prompt from AI lets you tell an AI of what voice you want to mimic (Not entirely sure how this one works, its new to me).

To allow Voicemod through the firewall, please follow these steps carefully, as accidently enabling other apps through the firewall could be harmful. Only allow apps that you know you can trust through the firewall!

• Open Control Panel
• Select the option 'System and Security'
• Then select 'Windows Defender Firewall'
• On the left side of Control Panel, look for an option called 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall'
• In there, scroll down until you see 'Voicemod'
• Check both of the boxes next to Voicemod (If they aren't checked already)

Anyone know how to fix a problem that i have with downloading and starting voice mod? im on macOS tahoe 26.3 so voicemod should work but 2 days ago i tried opening it and it did not load so i tried restarting my computer didnt work then i tried updating my computer didnt work so i decided to uninstall voicemod and for some reason the voicemod tab where it redirects you to the downloads just gets stuck loading and i cant download it, i really dont want to lose voicemod because i paid 50$ of my money buying vm pro. when i contacted voicemod support i gave them all the info that i spent like an hour typing out then they gave me instructions for windows and i have a mac when i remove voicemod from the trash and open voicemod it still doesnt load and ive been trying to figure out how to make it work for 2 days i couldnt get anything so now im hoping someone here can fix it.

In games then use voicemod mic.

Yes, that's because steelseries is only using your normal mic.

That's the only way it can work, you can't have voicemod play though steelseries as it will break the audio chain.

If you want to record and hear how your voicemod sounds, you can use hear myself or try an app called audacity to record.

In steelseries GG > always have your real mic and headphones set.

That way your mic gets the EQ and noise gate from steelseries.

In Voicemod you can then set the mic to be your steelseries mic, so you have the EQ and noisegate but now with Voicemod ontop!

So when you use Voicemod in game it will be using all the enhancements you set.

In games all you have to do is set it to the voicemod mic and it's perfect.

Use the clean mic if you want no voice changing, you can play soundboards or switch voices when you like

No need for a keybind to turn on or off as the clean mic is not a voice changer.

If you set SteelSeries in the game, then voicemod is not working.

The way it should be used, is voicemod becomes your mic you use anywhere. So you don't need to mess with changing inputs all the time.

That is the free restriction, we have to add value to pro users, pro allows you to make multiple soundboard collections.

Voices like I said we will work on more for free.

Custom voice is free which is a good alternative for clownfish so you can change your pitch.

Also you don't need to keybind sounds, you just press them and it will play, there's not that many people using keybinds in our testing.

But we make the 1 soundboard allow up to 500 sounds, so you can just reorder them how you like and play them how you like with any keybind.

It's really not restrictive and that's why we offer pro so you can have unlimited slots and soundboards, we have to have some value there.

The refer a friend was launched last month, voicemod pro goes on sale very frequently and we do try to release new voices with codes. But those codes only last 7 days with the voice.

This is only something we've recently started doing so it will be more moving forward

exactly. but the "expire" stuff is kinda dumb? i think it should be there forever unless its something thats giving voicemod pro out for awhile. i get you guys our money to keep stuff going and its not that its too much but you guys have 100s of youtube vids of people going "HEY GUYS!! I COME TODAY WITH 100% FREE VOICE CHANGER+ SOUNDBOARD!!!"all im saying is we need more free content we can unlock by doing tasks like getting a steam achievement or doing something WITH the free daily voice changers like the option to keep one with these "tokens" i thought of. so you get 3 each month and if you see a voice you like you can switch it out with one you have example: the magic chords you can use a token to trade in for one or a community voice and a voice mod pro voice. i think it would be a great idea for more people to use it again that left for other ones.

We sadly can't always offer voices permanently, because them why would people pay for pro if they know they can just get free voices all the time?

Voicemod has to profit to pay staff and continue to evolve, otherwise it would shut down.

i don't know it even repeats my voice when im on my table screen but it still repeats my voice i tried to reload my pc tried everything its just kinda annoying bcus it has like a lil metallic sound to it and i feel like im listening to rock when i speak i checked voicemod settings discord settings server settings i pressed some button when i was talking i think the deafen button and it started repeating my voice

Oh also check the mixer mode in voicemod, incase anything is by mistake muted.

And make sure volumes are loud enough

It needs to be set like this in discord.

Do not use voicemod for the output otherwise it will break, just use your headphones
