I am on V3. Its broken since at least tuesday but at first thought it was a me issue. Yesterday I was able to talk with other people and they are experiencing the same issues, while we were on 3.13.50

Today, 3.13.55, and still broken

I have issues connecting the app to multiple services, but the more easy to reproduce (and complicated to fix) is Stream Deck. You'll find that no buttons have their actual picture, and some of them can load anyways, but most of then just point to a blank route (favorites>nothing)

yup, with new icons and such. The day you added the icons was the first day I had the issues, iirc tuesday.
Favorites: I have many sounds (and I say MANY lol) that since those update had lost their route and instead of routing to 'name of the board> sound', they just route 'favorite>nothing'
Also, streamdeck can't load any of the button's that actually works picture at first time, so I have to press on each of the buttons and wait for a good time for them to load, and even when the picture loads, usually it repeats the same picture accross many buttons

Don't take this as an angry customer or a complain, but a report for this to get acknowledged 🙂

This might be the cause, the favorites has been removed inside the app, unless you are a PRO user who already had some in the favorites section. So the function is not available anymore in the Stream Deck plugin, I'll flag it with the team!

hey! Even as I totally understand this, major changes as UI changes and such should be notified in advance, and even make it an optional update for a while so people can opt in and test it. (think Apple, auto updater only installs new versions 1 or 2 weeks after available) That way, if its bugged or if you are using it for other than just fun purposes can choose to install on the safest moment, and won't be finding it minutes before a live streaming. Also, if bugged/broke something/you have to link new connections/etc you can choose to wait or to find the better moment to install and repair your connections.

I totally know that having sounds panel unlinked on streamdeck and other connections through the API broken was unexpected, but UI changes can also be confusing, even when working flawlessly. If I am used to find buttons at a glance, this will cause confusion for a while; so teasing it on a changelog or letting us know in advance is a great help 🙂

Even something as simple as "hey, we'll be sending an update that will change the UI, so take a look at the new icons" one day before it could help a lot.

But for now as V3 is being worked on and updated daily we're not quite there yet on the stability to keep everyone up-to date. Hopefully that is understandable.

Whilst the changes are unexpected right now, the sooner we can get V3 up to the same functionality as V2, the sooner we can slow down and start to focus on new features with announcements before going live to ensure it's all smooth!

I'll pass on this feedback, we can be doing much more in app notifications to help with any sudden changes and bring awareness!

Oh also I checked regarding the stream deck plugin, it would be best if you can reach out to our support team directly, we'd need more info and some logs to help detect the issue and fix!

Its not frustrating, updates came always with new issues, you should never expect something with no bugs at all. Pain point was not being able to find the issue as updates aren’t notified and perhaps it wasn’t the better moment to push the silent update as it was the “elgato week” and they are also pushing a lot of updates, so it was a back and forth with everyone lol

You guys have the best on its category app, and no one is free from bugs, specially with that many devices/installation/uses

Very true, usually we would do multiple testing and user groups to make sure it's all fine. We were a bit rushed this year for twitchcon so it had to be released sooner with less testing than we'd like, but haven't had these reports from the users we did test with first.

For now please use the Clean Mic & Turn on Background Noise Reduction in Voicemod's advanced settings to boost your mic quality.

For pitch controls you can use Custom Pitch which is now FREE!

Hello, I had a soundboard laid out with lots of Audios, I still have all the files on my PC in the exact same location and they function outside of VM, but when I try to play it in VM it says "An error occurred!

Hello.

The only way at the moment. First you have to import any voice to your soundboard on PC. Once it is on your soundboard it will be visible on mobile.

In future it is possible to add community voices inside of mobile app.

Note: You need Voicemod pro license to use community voices.

Check that you have not muted anything in Voicemod.

Make sure that you have installed latest Windows updates + optional Windows updates.

Running Voicemod as administrator should help.

Also check that you do not have any settings that can suppress volume.
