You need to delete the cache folder, that should fix a lot of your issues with the quality/static!

Voicelab 2.0 just released into beta, so it is being worked on.

Also so you know prompt to voice will basically just be a quick way to describe a character and the voicelab will make it close for you.

Not AI or voice cloning. Voicemod does not offer that.

It is 2025, Voicemod is not behind, voicemod is the only actual real-time voice changer with 30-50ms of latency. Others whilst they can do AI voices, require a lot of latency +500ms and are GPU power hungry which is really bad for gaming.

Voicemod only support voices made by using Voicelab (Voicemod pro feature)
You can find Community made voices in Voicemod software or at https://tuna.voicemod.net

Voicemod doesn't support uploading voice files to make your own AI voice. You cannot clone/train voices with Voicemod.
Voice cloning is unethical.

I'm a trans girl and I'm still looking for the best Voicemod sound/preset that helps me sound more like a girl – natural and comfortable. I know it's different for everyone, but I haven't found one that really works for me yet, and my voice situation is a bit tricky.
If anyone has any recommendations or presets that worked well for you, I'd really appreciate it 🙏💕

They are using AI so maybe not the best. If you wish to still use your real voice but sound a bit more feminine, the best thing to do is to try and voice act a little bit more girly, whilst keeping your tone free from bass/resonance.

You can then use Voicemod and some custom pitch to go a bit higher, so using the voice enhancer with these settings could be useful. Feel free to push the pitch higher if needed, the more natural you speak the better! Good for voice training.

Oh and also I recommend if you like VRChat taking a look at the VRC Trans Academy, they offer free voice training sessions/meetups which can be really helpful to get tips from others!
