You have to set Voicemod Virtual microphone as your default system microphone:

• Go to Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Sound > Recording Tab
• Select the Microphone Voicemod Virtual Audio Device and set it as the Default device
• Apply the changes and it is done.

Now you can go again to Ome tv and select the default device as your audio input.

I'd like to know if there are any plans to fix the zombie soldier voice at any point, it has that radio key in/out sound even when the radio option is disabled and it's really annoying to deal with. Sometimes it feels like it's a deliberate watermark because the voice filter itself is really good for what it is.

Had a similar issue a while back with hive mind where it'd just stop picking up your voice if you got too loud, but thankfully that's been fixed.
