best method lowkey is to train your own voice if your voice isnt too deep

theres some youtube tutorials for both that and setting up decent girl voice changers with voicemod

combining both can get a decent result

v3 is the worst update I seen of an app only has 1 good thing that are the volume faders to mix, but everything else is downright awful

• startups maximized instead of taskbar
• its sluggish and sometimes doesn't respond actions like closing/minimizing
• Has less features than v2 (why would you cut out features)
• Sometimes it crash/close without notice and doesn't relauch

With "Start minimized" it will go to your system tray.

We're working on the minimizing bug, it's actually an issue in windows 11 right now same with the crashing. You need to disable VRR in the windows display settings.

Features are being added weekly, even daily. What ones are you looking for? (Note they will all be added and we're testing the layout so nothing is final dw)

With V2 you get, instable performance, loss of connection to our servers & much less Voices to use. It's also a massive pain to develop for, V3 is superior in that regard and is VOICEMOD!

But also, repo has a built in noise gate, so sounds cut out sometimes and the voice changer effects struggle to come through. There is a mod to disable this if you're using mods!

That'll fix it, for some reason opening it from the taskbar if it's pinned incorrectly opens the version saying it needs to update, which is not correct

If you're on the latest version V3 then it's all cloud saved, but when you uninstall make sure you select keep all files if you're cautious. It will keep it all when you reinstall

Funny question, on that site area where you install community made voices why is it so broken? You can't search up a voice you want cause it only displays sounds when using the search bar. Is there a way to simply search up the voices you want?

On your old PC do this: https://support.voicemod.net/hc/en-us/articles/360016743420-How-to-export-and-import-settings

Once you have exported your V2 file on old PC import it to new PC.

In future it is possible to transfer data from V2 to V3 once the migration tool update is ready.

Migration tool update is coming ETA 1-2 months.

This updates let you transfer data from V2 to V3.

Voicemod V2 has not received any updates for months.

Last update what it will get is Migration tool update (coming soon). After that it will get closed forever and you cannot access it ever again.

Its server gets closed in few weeks/months after migration tool update is ready.
