You can try my Harley Sawyer voice changer out. I published it yesterday.
I sort of closely attempted to imitate that type of voice effect by ear while listening to the original and testing it out with my voice on to capture it accurately.. You can get rid of the low pitch if u can really do his raw voice or adjust it.
It's my first voice changer so yea. There will be some adjustments to it sooner or some day probably.
I will have to probably make the voice stand out more than the effect itself.
That bass and crisp needs to be present. Soo I'll have to experiment on it further.. (actually no, there is a volume thingy for the voice changer.)

True, when u have a PC and Voicemod. There's a feature where you listen to yourself in real time as you speak.
That way you can just listen to the original and listen to yourself to try and copy what he does, the tone and so on.
(Headset/Headphone required for better accuracy. Also better mic too but it's all on you.)

There are some characters or voice actors who are also British.
It's fun to voice act honestly.
Besides you can use that accent of yours for a character that is polite, or a menacing villain.

when i was jsut doing some voice imitation sort of Aventurine voice from HSR raw without any voice changer, some say i nearly sound like Sebastian Solace.
so i went and did to see how similar it was and it indeed was. so i tried imitating it with a little adjustment and used that one echoey voice changer that was in the community voices that had a lot of reactions. the voice isnt that quite clear. but if i had the time to do it again without the voice changer. youll hear it clearly.
