The voice doesn't sound too bad to me. The accent and general way of speaking needs work. I wouldn't just do certain things for the sake of doing it, like putting so much emphasis on things that it doesn't make sense to.
I'd try reading off a script of some kind and making your own delivery. Maybe something from a book or comic book where there's no prior voice acting delivery to influence yours.
I'm gonna give Alastor a shot myself and see how it turns out. There's a bit from a movie that I'd like to read off as Alastor.

I'm great at doing accents but not explaining them. What I recommend is just keep trying to listen in for the differences between how you speak and how Alastor speaks. For example, if I say shoe I say "shoo" but he says "shyoo". I've gotten pretty good at picking up the differences between myself and characters I'm trying to imitate.

In my head I've sometimes called him a more American Darth Vader.
I'd focus more on him than any general accent though, because everyone even if they have the same accent speaks differently.
So listen to him speak and try to nail how he uses his accent and furthermore what's unique to him.

His accent is called Mid Atlantic. it's a mix of British and American. It was a accent created for radio due to how radio sound was formatted, they had to speak in a way that made it sound good on the radio. Look it up on google there's tons of research on it and videos going into the inflections of the accent.

I took an Alastor voice off the community voices, didn't like it, reworked it, and then looked up a copypasta for V's introductory speech from V for Vendetta. Then I recorded myself doing a few reads of it and edited the recordings together to get the final product. It's not my proudest work, the impression ain't great and neither is the general voice-over work but it worked well enough for playing around with an idea. The song used is a fan-made Dead By Daylight theme for Alastor which you can pretty easily find on YouTube.

This is my Darth Vader voice changer. I based it off of Vader in A New Hope. I recommend using this and adjusting it as needed, and looking up videos of James Earl Jones speaking without the Vader modulator. Whenever I try to do an impression of a character that uses some kind of modulator I look for any videos or audio of them speaking as the character without the voice modulator or if their normal voice is already close enough to the character like James Earl Jones then I'll use that. Practice and record yourself trying to sound like James Earl Jones until you get close enough, then use the modulator and practice lines as Darth Vader.

That just requires practice. Whenever you're doing an impression of a character or person with a different accent from you, part of that is doing their accent. I am an American with a mostly regular American accent, sometimes with a noticeable hint of some kinda southern accent. Despite this, a lot of the characters that I do impressions of are British like William Afton, or use other accents like Foxy, the Pumpkin Rabbit, Darth Vader, Alastor, etc.

I'll definitely have to get in a call and talk to you live sometime to direct you on doing reaper, and also so I can hear your voice and get a judge on your range. But the way I learn voices is essentially first judging if it's in my range. Is it too high, too deep, ect. And once I think, yeah, YEAH I think I can do that voice. I also highely suggest if it's a voice that uses effects, try and find recording either in the boof or at a con of the actor doing the voice without the effects. That way it helps you understand what goes on behind the effects. I aswell listen to the character ALOT. I listen and get their inflections, accent and everything in my head. Get familiar with it. I mained Reaper, Zen and Roadhog so I got very familiar with their voices. I then go to my computer, pull up a video of some iconic lines and lines I feel show certain inflections + their accent. I plug my mic in and listen to my voice live so I can hear what my voice actually sounds like. I tweak until it sounds good enough and try to work on staying in that voice. Alot of it essentialy becomes muscle memory. The more you do it the better you get at recognising tones and inflections or accents. If you need help on any voices I can do please feel free to ask.

I tend to listen to how they pronounce certain vowels and letters works. Such as common words that come up in conversation. If a character says tall in a certain way, I’ll focus on the vowel and apply their pronunciation to words that contain the same vowel.

I know compressor mics are good for voice work and dynamic mics are good for singing
