If you want something cheap get the Quest but expensive valve index if you have a great pc there's other headsets out there but body tracking can be vive trackers or a company that works with quest called slime I believe

Voices will improve over time, it's super hard to be truly real-time. We aim for latency, which sadly means a sacrifice in overall quality.

But the real social connection between people happen quickly, so a delay of less than 60ms is optimal.

Yeah, I think that’s why people use voice mod from a different PC. Your vr can use an external mic, so if you can get it to think that Voicemod is an external mic, then your good.

There's no mic input or a way to control what mic it will use, so the VMKey will not work.

people are saying vive or slime but im kinda leaning towards slime

With vive trackers you need a lot of setup, they are tracked using lighthouse sensors which need to go up in each corner of your room.

Slime are much cheaper, tracking is improving more and more, I have them, they are worth it. Sometimes not as accurate tracking and there's drift, but easy to reset.

A note for vive trackers, if you already have a Valve index with the lighthouses setup, then I'd go for them. Not sure if there's any other trackers worth going for right now and more could come out soon!

I know slime are improving with smaller trackers called their "Butterfly Trackers".

Depends what you want, if you want arm and feet tracking then more will help.
