#Flashing brown every second

I have the 4gb ram rotn server Remade servers twice because of an issue with flashing screen. Every second at even time intervals, the screen flashes solid brown/deep dull red. Other times it flashes with a light bright screen as if it is the minecraft sun rising. Additionally, spotted an error in the console: [Server thread/ERROR]: Parsing error loading built-in advancement horsepower:horsepower/get_flour
com.google.gson.JsonSyntaxException: Expected item to be an item, was unknown string 'horsepower:flour' - - - It seems like it occurs when loading or some sort of mismatch between local and server configs????? Any ideas? This happened maybe 4 times to us upon connecting to the server or starting up the loading of a new world.

i mean, resetting the configs just entails redownloading the client or server pack and replacing the config folder with the one from the fresh download

i have never heard of this issue before and it sounds absolutely absurd

you could try reinstalling the server, and transferring the world file

it is fixed on restart but it just takes a decently long time to load so we wanna avoid loading when possible. 5-10 minutes. do you know if this is a server or client issue?

and just to add more context the problem occurs when someone walks away from the server for a bit to eat or whatever. After cominng back from a break then the issue happens and a restart is required
