It's just AS VAL with the same bullet speed, worse range, worse mobility and worse recoil, 4 shots 17.5 meters (AS VAL 4 shots 23 meters), infinite 5 shots range, it has the worst AR recoil ever, like worse than Peacekeeper recoil or even worse than Maddox echo mode, the only good side is accurate BSA (15), unlike AS VAL that has (23) BSA, there's an other mag that makes the weapon an actual half range automatic SKS (170ms)that's way slower than Oden (140ms) in fire rate.
Use Maxim slincer instead if you wanna be stleathy.

You can replace RTC Compensator with a Monolithic suppressor but I wouldn’t suggest that u less ur good at quick scoping since the outlaw has a very low LR I use the compensator since it gives u +60% LR so you can actually hold a hard scope for longer without the compensator using all add attachments has less then 2 seconds of hard scoping the scope with start moving

basically a better fennec. boasting a consistent 186ms 4tap in 1st range—with the potential for its 4tap to be extended to 2nd range with at least 2 lower arm shots.

heavy barrel: improves range, bullet velocity and recoil, gives muzzle suppression as well
rapid fire: faster firerate—resulting in faster ttk
pineapple grip: improves overall mobility
fast ext mag: boosts mag size and reload speed
phoenix grip set: reduces ads time and hit flinch

you could bring up “why not phoenix supp + phoenix barrel?”—heavy barrel simply has better recoil for like, ~3 meters less 5tap range

This weapon is
Ideal at short to mid range and is fairly decent at long range
The recoil is VERY easy to control, and if you have good enough aim it easily wins most long to mid range engagements since its a 3-4 shot kill and is accurate.

To unlock all the attachments needed you only have to lvl it up to lvl 28 so its good for beginners.

One notable downside is the noise, since the suppressor is sacrificed for accuracy.
