Maddox is kinda bad without echo fire. Mono barrel kills bsa, requires a laser, and overall is just a mid asf ar
Fast extended mag has a huge ads speed downside. Use extended a, you have 60 ammo with a decent reload speed, more than you need

Echo fire makes it a more ar-style tec-9. The grip has the best ads speed buffer with only a sprint to fire con. Aa laser isn’t a necessity since nothing brings down bsa, so if need be, you can replace it for optic or a perk (if youre running base sights, use a red dot)
Echo fire barrel is almost completely vertical recoil so dont bother with reducing horizontal recoil with other grips.

Echo fire really isn’t slow. The delay between shots within the burst is 28ms, which iirc is the fastest of any burst, and the delay between bursts is around 110 ms, which is how fast al47 fires… so really its pretty easy to use
And though echo fire may not be for all, maddox is a c tier ar without it so just dont use it otherwise

The above gunsmith fails to be effective at both hardscoping and quickscoping/hipfire. One should choose one playstyle to use for each build, as shown below. In addition, Electromagnetic Ammo is objectively worse than High Explosive Ammo. It provides ~1m larger radius for detonation, but HE grants an increased lethal radius.
Edit: Also, for brain dead mode, swap Light Trigger with OWC Light Compensator on the hardscope build. If there's too much flinch, swap Light Trigger with Tactical Foregrip A.
