It's just AS VAL with the same bullet speed, worse range, worse mobility and worse recoil, 4 shots 17.5 meters (AS VAL 4 shots 23 meters), infinite 5 shots range, it has the worst AR recoil ever, like worse than Peacekeeper recoil or even worse than Maddox echo mode, the only good side is accurate BSA (15), unlike AS VAL that has (23) BSA, there's an other mag that makes the weapon an actual half range automatic SKS (170ms)that's way slower than Oden (140ms) in fire rate.
Use Maxim slincer instead if you wanna be stleathy.

You can replace RTC Compensator with a Monolithic suppressor but I wouldn’t suggest that u less ur good at quick scoping since the outlaw has a very low LR I use the compensator since it gives u +60% LR so you can actually hold a hard scope for longer without the compensator using all add attachments has less then 2 seconds of hard scoping the scope with start moving

See, with a pharo, you really wanna be close due to random horizontal recoil. Hipfire laser makes sense; i even use flash hider for more hipfire because my crossbow makes the enemies unable to ADS (but also you can't ads... ) dauntless and amped help close distance and swap weapons. Once distance is closed you can try to zap them or hipfire

the best sniper in mp hands down, dethroning tundra. though there are some aspects where tundra is better; like rate of fire (rof) and flinch. other than that, 3-line has similar if not better stats than tundra

here's the reasoning behind each of the attachments
quicksilver - for suppression
bipod - reduces hit flinch
fmj - self explanatory

empress 514mm + 5 round fast - boosts reload speed and lets you ads in faster than you can with tundra, while being able to 1-tap above legs (even behind cover assuming its wallbangable when paired with fmj) up to inf. if you want faster ads, you can drop the mag for custom mz stock if you don't mind base reload speed

820mm r1mn + 20 round mag - gives you 20 rounds, and allows you to have full body 1-tap in the initial range (~40m) while having near identical ads time to a built tundra

aa laser? why? 20 bsa is just fine for 30 meters, just use stippled tape and leave it there. kort is straight up buns due to all its mobi pros being minor and rapid gives multis AND better rpm, 30r and custom stock are p good for S&D
