Sensitivity is all you but from my experience on working with Sensitivity, it's really simple.
have two dummies in practice range, and without shooting just aim in and go from one to the other slowly, then mess with your Sensitivity till you can go faster, it's not all abt being fast, you wanna be more accurate than anything

just one dummy, to the other, be accurate, and when you're done with that, have only one dummy moving back and forth, and simply track it, sounds dumb but it rlly does help with Sensitivity
