Yeah so without Overclock it's roughly 6 kills and with Overclock it's roughly 5, that's also without much time between kills. It still charges faster when not killing people so just having that faster charge is nice to have especially when you like chucking axes at people and you don't want to run out and retrieve the axe

Restock would be a good replacement (stack it with Danger Close if you wanna be annoying lmao) if the cooldown wasn't 25 seconds
