Then go for combat stock? Or tac suppressor instead? Flashguard and 5mw usually on their own don't help in close range. They help make the hipfire after or around 10m tighter and if I were you, I'd not hipfire with an ak at around 10m.

If you spam fast as fuck then it helps but there's no spread so it's about your skill. See if you spam accurately enough, you don't need attachments to help control your weapon. You just have to find that for the weapon and you'll be accurate and deadly regardless of the build.
