Recon tac is still better. Also you called it the KuKu 9 in the naming as a joke which is cringe.

Just because of a nerf doesn't change anything about what Barrel changes. All the Tactical does is increase ADS and movement. It's not needed because of the other attachments you run. The Recon Tac is better. It tights your ADS spread, increases your range and controls horizontal recoil with a 8% ADS penalty which isn't even noticeable with No Stock and the Laser Tactical.

You lose Control, Range and Accuracy, for an unnecessary ADS/Movement boost.

You move good enough with everything there. Tac is unnecessary. Recon Tac is still more in favor. If your playing tight cornered maps, then yeah I guess I could see where Tac could maybe be useful, but you're losing so much for just basically strafing speed and ADS it's just not worth it.

It aims in great and still has good movement and strafe speed, with increased accuracy and range.
