28 damage with a 857 RPM if we do some quick math then that would be 14.3 Bullets a second, with a damage output of 400.3. If I'm remembering correctly, then that means it can do 4 times a players health if all bullets hit in 1 second, so if we want how much it would do to 1 player, and we do somemore quick math, then that means roughly 3.6 bullets is enough to kill 1 person, so that means the TTK would be roughly around 250, if we round the bullets to kill 1 person is 4.

•its an smg, it already has high mobility and strafe speed, lowering it that much doesnt hurt it at all in that aspect
•it hurts at range, so adding the owc marksman increases its 4 shot by a near 15 meters
•SoH and 50 round reloads just as fast as 38 round fast.
•i tightened its ads bullet spread with granulated to take on longer range engagements.

its akin to the ak117 at this point with actual better kill ranges and more control while still retaining smg like speed
