Yeah but the Outlaw actually one shots unlike the MK2 with .30.30

You can one shot but the damage calculation is weird and sometimes hitting the same spot on another enemy doesn't 1 hit kill them. I never use the .30.30, and don't recommend it unless you go out of your way to make sure you're aiming at the shoulders or higher for a almost guaranteed one shot.

SPR is unique and has Silencer Rounds unlike the other ones. The Kilo has higher damage. Even with its slower ADS, it can be more reliable for a 1 hit then the MK2. Even without the .30.30. And the SKS is a semiautomatic that can 2 to 3 shot and it can be shot pretty quickly.

All unique and viable in its own way. Just gotta use them the right way.
