I mean 40 meters is a tad far and this weapon is a spam type sniper. It’s shots can be made up quite consistently. As for 20 round mag, it’s preferred mainly cause the SVD already has good ADS. And SoH counteracts reload negatives from the 20 round (which isn’t even bad tbh).

SoH is an option tho.

Optics work just as efficiently.
