Issue with disable is it doesn't stack up with a maximal % amount, which is just trash. It's only useful on AR and LMGs because full body shots, for the rest it's leg shots which is basically worthless since you're sacrificing good ttk for aiming at legs.

Also for current strafe meta, MX9 users still go at 3.6 m/s with disable active which is faster than most sniper walking speeds
