the thing with no stock is that you have to have some mobility to get to a good power position on a map, and no matter what you're gonna want decent ads speed in multiplayer because there will always be moments where you get flanked and have to quickly ready your gun

no stock doesn't have bad downsides and is really useful, even on defense it has a pretty good use
