My current favorite sniper support gun is actually either the ak117 or cordite. Both are good for medium range and have good hip fire, especially the cordite.

It's not like spamming lmgs, or abusing melees, I do quickscope with it and the only difference is that it shoots thermites and get a kill when shot at any part of the body.
