First loadout isn't good for a suppressed build cuz after the flinch changes, mono is the worst suppressor for snipers since it adds aim sway alongwithin decreasing the lung refresher time. If u want it suppressed, tac suppressor is the best move. Owc laser is pretty much useless for snipers in general after the nerf cuz they barely even give a frame of ads increase and in br, its much better to focus on flinch stability instead. 2nd loadout is better cuz flash guard helps with aim sway which means u can take more time to aim on the target's head before the sway kicks in
