Tac Long increases the base 4 stk range to 12m instead of 10.5m alongwith maintaining bsa while tactical barrel gives some extra mobility while taking away some bsa. In conclusion, i'd say its better to use tac long in respawns since u cant force every fight to be within cqc range, so the extra range and bsa would help u more but for snd, tac barrel would be better
