No, the faster fire rate, the lower damage you get, for example typ19 sniper ammo is 2 tap to legs but it's very slow(fire interval 216ms), and m1 grand is 3 tap(fire interval 120ms)to full body except chest and head. So it depends on the weapon, i would say the best semi auto gun is sks or t63 cuz the fastest constent 2 tap.
