You really don't need one. At most you want them, and doubly so, no.

for ranked mp, bp50 still is really good even with the tiny nerfs: maxim silencer, rapid barrel, removed stock, 60 round drums, and stippled grip

qq9 is nice too: monolithic suppressor, recon tag long barrel, no stock, 10mm mag, and granulated grip tape
or cx9: cx-38S barrel, cx-FR stock, sleight of hand, 50 round drums, and ace grip

it gives +15 seconds of steady aiming time, more than enough
