XPR - Best long range spam weapon, fastest bullet speed out of all the DMRs and the most consistent TTK
HDR - Borderline hitscan and low flinch paired with unlimited 1 shot headshot and 2 shot body
Rytec - An in between of XPR and HDR, having high damage per shot and a good fire rate
Tundra - Fastest fire rate and ADS time combined with low flinch, best option as an initiator or for aggro sniping
DLQ - The best option if you want to support your team because of the stun rounds

Yes. You get a time to kill faster than any other consistent three tap gun except hvk and striker 45, though roughly tied with kn44
Its unboosted three tap range is 31m, 41m with the extended barrel. Which is where the majority of your gunfights will be under. In theory, kn invalidates it due to the much better mobility, but ul 3 taps are slightly more consistent, you get a 60 rd mag (still reloads fast as well) and the ability to use full body disable or high pen fmj, which can allow for more consistent kills. Its recoil pattern and sights are also very easy.

Downside is mobility, mobility, and more mobility, but pistols exist and the ads speed is actually very good for a passive lmg
