For a typical AR you have about 4 m/s strafe speed, and being hit with any gun already has a slight disable effect so you'll move <1 m/s, and aim assist pulls the crosshair at 40% so they'll move an effective 0.6m in the time it takes to kill. Body width is ~0.5m so against medium strafe weapons you only have to manually move your aim <0.1m to get a kill without disable

These inter-caterogory weapons are capable for all ranges, but they will definitely got supressed by the ones who are specialized for sp role (eg: smg outclass aggressive flex)

Aggressive/passive means how the flex weapon is supposed to play, for example, hvk is an aggressive flex for its 3 stk close quarter ability while maintain smg like range
