Max bsa .7 more points at 40 meters(gets into 100% hr vakues) and initial is only .3 so no difference there so if you hit first two shots unnoticable difference. Also its 330ms vs 300ms not rpm. 1f slower ttk for .3 better bsa on second shot its minor difference and mg also decreasey hipfire(which you should still use its good just not stack it). Hipfire does get noticably worse like at just 5 meters it has .5 points difference

Its .3 on the second bullet at 40 meters. That differencd is extremely small. For reference im 11 point system arm is wide approx 1 point so you can imagine how small that is
