Coming from a time out hence the delay but close range kill is also called "quickscoping" which most of us do, it is pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it but you'd need to have different buttons for scoping in and shoot so yeah you can try to quickscope in normal pubs matches to get better at it

While quickscoping, 99% of the time the scope isn't fully ads'ed rather we just aim on enemy while opening the scope
