CBR was used as a flex, with fast strafe speed and decent all around stats, light stock makes BSA even worse, but then the strong strafe speed is gone. Keep it on, now you have bad BSA so can't beam at range. Flinch is too high for a flex, only guns that can have high flinch are extremely aggro guns (fennec) or snipers : D
