Not really sure how important each mechanic is. I try to focus on ADS Speed, Vertical Recoil (which seems to be the most helpful so far) & Bullet Speed (if available).

My main guns are:

M13 - RTC Heavy Long Barrel, OWC Laser Tactical, .300 RTC Double Stack 40 Round, Ranger Foregrip & Rubberized Grip Tape.
(I see A TON of M4s followed by AK117.)

PPSh41 - "Banner" Heavy Barrel, OWC Laser Tactical, 55 Round Light Reload, Resilient Foregrip & RTC Steady Stock.
(Though I had this set up for movement speed before)

DL Q33 - Free Floating Barrel, RTC Compensator, 6× Tactical Scope, Large Extended Mag B & OWC Ranger Stock.
(But I see more ppl using the Locus).

I like the MK2, CBR4 & PP19 (though I see a lot of RUS-79U & QQ9), and I've been trying to focus on the FFAR1 & HBRa3 since I've been absolutely wrecked by those.

I use the Akimbo Dobvra with Silencer, Full Auto & Drum Mag but it's hard to control using just thumbs to play.
