you can use cbr since it's probabaly the easiest gun in the game to do well with

tac suppressor, marksman barrel, light stock, disable perk, granulated grip tape

for grenades just use whatever

secondary, you can choose to use melee to run faster or fhj to shoot down uavs

red perks you can go with skulker for faster strafing, or pinpoint for better aim
green go with toughness or ghost (if you're running melee for secondary)
blue run hardline for respawns and dead silence for snd

operator skill: kinetic armour

score streaks run uav, advanced uav and some middle streak that you like, doesn't really matter
