you can see in mine that i hide the movment button, the health bar, and put most of my buttons to the side

the main buttons that are in the middle of my screen are my top left shooting and crouch/jump and bottom right aim and reloading

and besides that, i have mostly everything at its lowest opacity except the scoreboard and my minimap
