The ICR is different. The M4 is the M416 or HK416 (both are the same) and the M4A1 carbine is the cousin of the M16 and is fully automatic. There are also early versions of the M16 which were automatic but current versions are burst because they were dispensing ammo too quickly so they had to nerf it lol vietnam go brr
