A proof of why SBMM works only on me but sometimes not in my opponents:

I was playing some ranked games (Solo) and I captured two stats from two games in a row.
The SBMM didn't work for an enemy which I encountered again in the next match.
I tried to have a bad game (bad stats) so the next ranked game would give me better teammates and worse opponents (since there's SBMM) BUT that guy had good stats.
So, in the next game I got the same opponent who got better teammates even if he had a good game and decent teammates previously.
Why didn't the SBMM work here?
On a different case scenario I wouldn't face the same ("worse") opponent (according to the SBMM) and I would get worse enemies and win the game..
So why didn't this happen with that dude here????

I’m still practicing with it. I still believe it’s good even against players. I’ll keep testing it out and see if I can make this gun better and then later on, maybe later on you got some challenge class you can give me and I can try to nuke with that. I like to see players give me some pretty interesting but challenging classes
