Sorry last thing. What you should do is log completely out of the game. Don't just close the app, but in settings there's an option to totally log out.

That will log you out of Google. Restart the game and log back in with your Activision account instead, and see if that works to get Ghost.

If you want a handgun for close range the MW11 isn't really a choice you should be considering, point blank range tho? Use the thing with akimbo it's funny

That being said consider the machine pistols (LCAR, Dobvra and Machine Pistol or as I prefer to call the M712) for close range

.50 GS, Renetti and J358 are for longer range or general use
