For the HDR the only attachment that matters is the HDR Pro barrel since that's what increases the bullet velocity, everything else is up to you (I use a heavy build because I use the thing at much longer ranges), as for the Tundra I don't use it as much so I'm not sure what the BR build is supposed to look like

Of course there are other rifles that meant for anti-vehicle roles, the Rytec with explosive rounds especially is hilariously effective at destroying vehicles
