Well you can start from finding your sensitivity, if you don't know which sensitivity settings to pick, go with fixed speed as it's the most consistent,(if you are on phone pick value around 120). What's more you should probably change your movement and mindset as its usually the problem, for example changing to melee too much leads to many lost gunfights, etc
