DMZ is kinda diabolical for me. I feel like devs were in hurry and made this mode not good enough. There’s no thrill in playing it, cuz you easily get valuable loot and don’t lose stuff if you get killed. I tried playing it on release, but after a month I dropped it - Delta Force extraction is more appealing to me. About grinding - yes, you should grind a lot to match your opponents, and it will difficult af, since almost everyone in this mode has top tier gear. Ofc all progress will be reset soon, but still it’s kinda insufferable for new players.
