If y'all are confused on what's going on, you have to talk about the basics of Hardpoint, which is, respawns and playing obj, if you're talking about the highest level (which is probably Stage 5) you'll notice that the entirety of players play passive, you cannot just rush and mess around, every death is a disadvantage to your team, you're forced to play as teamwork and really focus on getting kills. And like I said, the main goal is to play and protect the objective, if someone is doing otherwise, it means they're throwing and making their team lose.

1. thermow = very low skill, very high reward to effort ratio; broken
2. uss9 = very easy to use, and very good (more like traditional metas); I wouldn't say uss9 is 'broken', just too good
3. so14 = quite hard to use objectively, but crazy high skill ceiling play is very reachable for average players now. And it's the first gun in a long time to actually be able to counter headglitches well, shaking the meta; stats are also too high; needs a nerf

if ur going against someone who is not going to move the entire game, the rusher can simply just attack at dif angles and hopefully nip em from the head glitch

passive playstyle means you prefer ORDER in the game. you set up a defense, op angle etc etc and you make it so they can't do anything. the game is very stably in your favor

aggressive means you prefer CHAOS in the game. constantly pushing into spawns, spawn trapping, flipping spawns, enemies have no idea where you are, they're scattered.
