speed has better flexibility, bc you can make microadjustments and sharp flicks. cons are, it needs a lot of muscle memory, so you have to play regularly to be good at it

fixed is just consistent. you have a flat speed always, so you won’t really over/underaim like on speed. con is, youre more forced to singular playstyles, since your sens has to be tuned for aggro or passive, with flex being a little awkward
