You can farm easily by just holding upper building and walkway because it overlooks 3/5 of the spawns

Basically there's one in the open gap near the front and back, with an additionalspawn opposite it on the same side, then there's one near the wooden crates in the middle of the map. 3 of those are visible from the building in the middle of the map that overlooks the alley and the adjacent walkway that overlooks the garage
