The thing rhat made DMZ good was that it was immensely challenging because not only did you have to be careful of other players but the AI itself wanted you dead. You had enemies ranging from cannon fodder to literal Juggernauts. The challenge made it interesting, made it fun.

And they kept adding content and each time they added new content, they reset the mode so everyone was back to square one.
