1. if you're using a low ammo gun, rip ammo
2. you alert the other guy where you are
3. recoil starts from the first bullet, and most guns have good recoiil only for the first few bullets
4. bsa climbs similarly (taper)

5. aim assist kicks in in your first bullet, so it's important to hit that first bullet
