Have you tried reducing the resolution to 1080p? Also aim assist is an option in game settings. You could also focus your gun attachments towards ads time and ads movement for smg and close quarters.

Although ultra is smoother, it overheats worse than max graphics at max fps. Theres no point in having higher frames if you cant see em. If a game overheats, the fps drops but the game still generates those extra frames. So youll still be playing at 60-70fps, but worse because your game is working hard to generate something you wont see because of overheating. Set the fps to max and keep the graphics at low and you will see more stability. After that: increase graphics settings slowly until you hit a stable sweet spot
