Nah genshin is still more optimised than wuwa, I have tested both on my device. I got a mid range device capable of running decent enough games. Genshin been around for years and devs been putting in work so that's most likely the reason behind it. The basic requirements for wuwa is already higher than genshin (on paper and in reality).
