Normal: Ranked warriors with funky text in their name. Probably part of a clan. Some clans specialize in MP or BR and will require you to have s specific tier of stats. In BR for example, I was on the staff for one of the best clans for BR in the game and they required you to have been legendary 12x, average 1500 damage per game, etc.

Pro: Be on a team that actually goes to tournaments (not like the weekend crap we regulars have) and get paid for their skills.
